Emphasis on food safety and hygiene RESTAURANT IS SEEKING: COOK RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform culinary preparations, assist in assembling snacks and meals, prepare side dishes and salads, blanch vegetables, and possess knowledge of cutting techniques. Prepare meats, poultry, and fish for cooking by cutting, cleaning, weighing, and portioning according to requested servings; use griddle to grill proteins and fryer for general preparations; assist in supervising dish presentation and buffet organization and setup; maintain food safety and hygiene; and perform other duties pertinent to the position. SALARY: R$ 2.324,00 INCLUDING HAZARDOUS WORK ALLOWANCE BENEFITS: transportation allowance, medical plan, dental plan WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM.
