Tasks: 1 \- Inspect construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards established by Plaenge Industrial, acting preventively by reporting deviations and implementing corrective actions; 2 \- Verify and monitor PPE usage by employees, providing guidance and issuing warnings in cases of non-compliance with safety standards, and notifying the resident engineer according to the severity of the case; 3 \- Monitor routine and special inspections periodically to comply with social security legislation, environmental regulations, and Ministry of Labor regulatory standards; 4 \- Analyze accident investigation reports containing information from the injured party, witnesses, supervisors, and on-site verification conducted jointly with CIPA, identifying root causes and recommending measures to prevent recurrence; 5 \- Conduct onboarding and provide orientation to new employees and service providers regarding the company’s accident prevention standards; Authorities: 6 \- Issue work permits, inspect accommodations (both in-house and third-party teams), and perform safety checklists for machinery and equipment; Responsibilities: 7 \- Submit weekly safety performance indicators to the resident engineer and SGI; 8 \- Support data collection for the annual preparation of PPRA (Program for Prevention of Environmental Risks), PCMAT (Program for Working Conditions and Environment in Civil Construction), PCMSO (Occupational Health Monitoring Program), as well as other mandatory technical reports. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor workplace safety-related activities, routines, and procedures, delivering training, analyzing risks within the company, proposing corrective actions, recommending improvements and process modifications; conduct inspections, implement statistical control, and ensure employees’ physical integrity and the company’s assets. **Additional Information** Professionals Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with real impact on people’s lives.** Over 55 years later, we take pride in what we have built: projects that transform cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team that grows alongside our story.
