Join our Network too! **Main Responsibilities:** * Delivery of technical or behavioral training (in-person or remote), using pre-structured materials and content and approved methodologies; * Conducting quality monitoring based on defined scripts, criteria, and instruments; * Recording training, evaluation, and monitoring evidence in official systems or spreadsheets; * Managing schedules, attendance lists, basic controls, and reports; * Audits to address challenges to monitoring conducted by external departments; * Developing initiatives and/or campaigns, and creating/updating various contents, among other activities supporting operational knowledge; * Performing quality analyses and proposing improvements to operational processes and routines to enhance quality indicators; * Developing initiatives and/or campaigns and various contents, among other activities supporting operational knowledge; * Consolidating operational training and quality data for leadership analysis; * Complying with internal standards, quality policies, compliance requirements, and confidentiality; * Supporting operational leadership with structured feedback to operators; * Ensuring proper collection, organization, and traceability of evidence required by internal and external audits; * Supporting projects related to performance, quality, and capacity building.
