Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop customized commercial communication plans based on Grupo RBS’s media platforms and internal influencers, aligned with the client’s communication challenge; monitor plan performance jointly with the sales team and the client; * Understand and apply communication, branding, and marketing strategies; * Collaborate with the sales team to create and develop commercial projects focused on Grupo RBS’s solutions; * Align and negotiate internally to ensure feasibility of ideas, secure internal alignment, and prepare presentations; * Present and defend projects to the sales department and clients; * Stay connected to/interested in media consumption habits. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing, or related fields; * Preferred: Postgraduate studies and extension courses; * Tools: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Google Drive, Monday.com, Social Media platforms, and Microsoft Teams; * Social Media: Active presence on social media platforms and up-to-date on major platform updates. Primary focus: Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; * Organization: Ability to manage tasks while ensuring visibility for leadership/team; * Strategic, disruptive, agile, proactive, organized, and creative profile; * Knowledge of communication and marketing theories and strategies; * Self-management capability; * Ability to interact across diverse departments; * Affinity with the sales area; * Experience in brand and media planning, either at an agency or media outlet, or within corporate marketing departments; * Awareness of/interest in media consumption habits, creators, and content; * Knowledge of storytelling; * Understanding of shared accountability for relationships, ideas, deliverables, risk identification, and opportunity spotting; * Ensure full satisfaction of B2B clients (brands/agencies), encouraging repeat purchases of services; * Proficiency in content planning for brands and creators; * Basic research knowledge: ability to request, analyze, and apply research data to planning; * Desired differentiators (basic knowledge preferred): research techniques, project management, and/or production. **Additional Information** **Internal candidates’ application deadline is December 22, 2025.** RBS is built by people.
