Do you want to be part of this story and turn ideas and dreams into reality? **As an Industry 4.0 Technical Lead Professional, you will:** * Anticipate and identify opportunities, while contributing to the development of offerings within your area of expertise. * Work on projects related to the implementation, development, and architecture of systems, performing analysis and integration of industrial devices, applications, and data. * Support the development of professionals at junior levels to meet project requirements, respecting the discipline schedule and its interdependencies with other project areas. * Collaborate with technical leads and managers to unblock critical topics, propose improvements, and drive business or product outcomes. * Support horizontal practice teams in knowledge management by structuring procedures, technical instructions, standards, and guidelines, and maintaining accessible repositories for the team. * Interview junior-level professionals and assess candidates’ technical proficiency. * Manage crises assertively and balancedly, promoting empathy, active listening, and openness to diverse perspectives. * Conduct tech talks, workshops, and internal training sessions for your team. * Represent the technology area in strategic forums and foster continuous innovation through research and implementation of new technologies. * Proactively produce formal content such as procedures, technical instructions, policies, and standards. * Prepare typical project documentation (specifications, technical reports, descriptive memoranda, manuals, etc.). **Requirements for this role:** * Experience reading P\&IDs and electrical diagrams. * Experience with PIMS systems (e.g., PI System, IP.21, Historian, Elipse EPM). * Experience with SCADA systems (e.g., Elipse E3, Cimplicity, iFIX, WinCC, PCS7, ABB 800XA, InTouch; FTView, Factory Link, RsView, CITECT). * Solid industrial experience. * **Experience in digital solutions for Industry 4.0 (Machine Learning, optimization algorithms, etc.)** * Experience with OPC Servers (e.g., Kepware, Matrikon, RSLinx, etc.). * Experience with common IoT applications and architectures. * Experience specifying and developing analytical indicators for processes and assets. * Knowledge of major communication protocols used in industrial and electrical networks. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency for conversation. **Benefits:** * Nationwide health insurance (for employee and dependents, including private room) * Nationwide dental insurance (for employee and dependents) * Flexible meal/food allowance * Remote work allowance * Birthday day off * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Extended maternity leave (6 months) and paternity leave (20 days) * Daycare assistance for children up to 3 years old (per child) * Mental health support via Wellz * Benefits club with discounts from various partners * Partnerships with educational institutions and language courses * Professional development (Corporate University) * Partnership with coworking spaces across Brazil * Quality of Life and Well-being Program * Consulting physician for Radix employee follow-up * Incentive plans **Why Radix consistently ranks among the Best Companies to Work For:** * We have committed, dedicated, curious, and innovative professionals. * Team spirit is our greatest strength.
