Check below the responsibilities and requirements for the position and let's go delight together! **Responsibilities and duties** * Constantly analyze strategic indicators of the area, generating insights, patterns, trends and opportunities for action; * Produce reports and specific analyses based on the analyzed indicators; * Analyze customer behavior, correlating it with area results and identifying patterns; * Propose customer service operation strategies; * Propose initiatives and processes that add value to the customer experience, increasing customer satisfaction; * Stay constantly updated on best practices in Social Media; * Work alongside leadership to deepen collected insights, discuss directions and co\-create solutions; * Monitor and track results achieved from implemented improvements; * Ensure proper knowledge management by creating structured records of collected insights and completed projects; * Collaborate with other company areas in developing solutions that impact customer experience. **Requirements and qualifications** * Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree, preferably in fields related to communication; * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel, including dashboard creation, charts and pivot tables; * Desirable experience in customer service; * Knowledge of Social Media dynamics; * Experience in creating and monitoring operational indicators; * Analytical profile with passion for data analysis; * Interest in working in diverse and collaborative environments. **Additional information** **Workplace: Porto Alegre** What excites you?
