




Responsibilities and duties Organize, verify, and digitize fiscal and financial documents related to projects; Prepare spreadsheets and financial reporting statements according to requirements from calls, agreements, and contracts; Monitor the schedule for submission deadlines of financial reports; Control and archive invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers; Support the accounting and finance team in reconciling project expenses and revenues; Respond to requests from internal and external audits; Perform data entry and verification in the financial management system; Ensure standardization and traceability of supporting documents. Requirements and qualifications Experience and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields; Experience in financial routines; Advanced Excel skills.
