Your Responsibilities: * Support the **planning, monitoring, and execution** of engineering projects (Civil and Electrical); * Participate in the **development of schedules and performance indicators** (MS Project, Excel, Power BI); * Contribute to the **organization of contracts and technical reports**; * Attend **alignment meetings and deadline tracking** with teams and clients; * Learn and apply **agile management practices and PMBOK/Scrum methodologies** in daily work. Requirements: * Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn; * Availability to work onsite in Porto Alegre. Preferred Qualifications: * Basic knowledge of project management (Scrum, PMBOK, etc.); * Familiarity with tools such as Teams, Planner, or Power BI; * Interest in public or infrastructure projects. Compensation: * R$ 4\.500,00; * Total Pass; * Option to enroll in the corporate health plan (Unimed).
