Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and qualifications: Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in UX (User Experience)/UI (User Interface) Design (Preferred); * Certifications in Design Thinking, Lean UX, Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g), or advanced Figma/prototyping courses (Preferred); * Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, specifically working on SaaS (Software as a Service) products or complex platforms; * Expert-level proficiency in Figma: creation and maintenance of design systems, components, auto-layout, variants, advanced prototyping, and team collaboration; * Solid UI/UX fundamentals for SaaS (Software as a Service): deep knowledge of information architecture, usability, accessibility (WCAG — Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), and design patterns for complex web interfaces (data management, dashboards, workflows); * Prototyping and Testing: ability to create high- and low-fidelity prototypes and plan/conduct usability tests (remote/in-person); * User Research: experience with research methods (interviews, surveys, data analysis) to inform design decisions; * Agile Methodologies: familiarity with Scrum and/or Kanban and integration of design into the development lifecycle (efficient handoff); * Handoff and Documentation Tools: experience documenting design specifications for engineering teams; * Effective Communication: ability to clearly and persuasively present and defend design solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; * Empathy and User-Centered Mindset: strong capacity to empathize with users and ensure the product solves real user problems; * Collaboration: excellent teamwork with Developers, Product Managers (PMs), and other Designers; * Proactivity and Autonomy: ability to manage one’s own time and take initiative to identify and resolve usability issues; * Flexibility and Resilience: adaptability to rapid scope changes and openness to constructive feedback; * Robust online portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects for complex products (preferably SaaS — Software as a Service), emphasizing the design process and measurable outcomes; * Basic knowledge of HTML (HyperText Markup Language)/CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)/JavaScript to understand technical constraints and possibilities (Preferred); * Experience with analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) for behavioral analysis (Preferred); * Prior experience creating illustrations, motion graphics, or micro-interactions (Preferred); * English fluency (reading and writing, especially for documentation and communication with international teams) (Preferred).
