




Job Summary: SEBRATEL is seeking a Systems Developer to work on the development and maintenance of web systems and applications, back-end services, and automation, with a focus on modern technologies and AI integration. SEBRATEL, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, is looking for a **Systems Developer**. **Responsibilities** Develop and maintain web systems and applications using React and React Native. Work on back-end with Node.js, Python or Java, ensuring performance and scalability. Create and consume RESTful APIs for system integration. Develop and manage process automations in Python. Support the implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to customer service and internal workflows, including tools such as n8n. Work with low-code applications (e.g., AppSheet) and preferably no-code platforms (Bubble, FlutterFlow). Collaborate on software architecture design and best development practices. Build dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI or similar tools. **Requirements** Minimum 2 years of experience in system development. Solid knowledge of ReactJS, React Native, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and REST APIs. Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python or Java). Proficiency in SQL and Python for automation. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, with a results-oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience with Machine Learning or Generative AI. Knowledge of n8n, Bubble, FlutterFlow or other low-code/no-code tools. Experience in software architecture. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields. Attention: This position requires on-site work at the company’s headquarters located in Porto Alegre. Therefore, candidates must be available to reside in the city or its surrounding areas.
