Flexibility is one of our hallmarks—we operate across various team models and formats while maintaining our light, collaborative, and integrated culture, ensuring equity of opportunity in a space where everyone feels safe and heard. **Your responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core and React. * Ensure best practices in architecture, testing, and code quality. * Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. * Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams for continuous delivery. **What we’re looking for:** * Proven experience in software development. * Solid experience with .NET Core (C\#) and REST API development. * Advanced knowledge of React, including hooks, Context API, and best practices. * Experience with relational databases (SQL Server) and NoSQL. * Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Git, and agile methodologies. * Ability to serve as a technical reference for the team. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS). * Knowledge of automated testing (unit and integration tests). * Technical English for reading. **Where you’ll work:** * This is a hybrid position, based at our office in Porto Alegre/RS. **Employment modalities:** * CLT; * Cooperative; * PJ. **What we offer:** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** We use the EVA multi-benefit card, issued as credit, to provide flexibility for your daily purchases.\* **Unimed Health Plan:** No co-payment or waiting period for the primary beneficiary.
