The **Occupational Safety Technician** will be responsible for promoting worker safety and health, ensuring the workplace complies with regulatory standards and safe practices. This role involves identifying, assessing, and controlling hazards to prevent occupational accidents and illnesses. **Responsibilities and Duties** * CIPA process – Internal Commission for Accident Prevention; * Issuance of CAT – Work Accident Notification and investigation analysis; * Control of PPE – Approval certificates, specification sheets; * Training relevant to the area; * Issuance of PPP – Occupational Health Profile; * Issuance of OS – Service Order; * Monitoring of audits and inspections; * Control of first aid supplies; * PGR – Hazard identification and implementation; * Absence tracking; * Monitoring of medical station usage; * ASO tracking; * PCA tracking; * PPSP implementation; * Environmental initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Degree in Occupational Safety; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Proactive attitude; * Ability to deliver tasks within required deadlines; * Knowledge of applicable regulations; * Empathy, clear speech, professional presentation, and conflict management tolerance; * Excellent interpersonal skills; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) is a plus. Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, ability to maintain seated posture during task execution, and occasional walking within the airport’s administrative and supply areas. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for reading physical documents and interacting with the company’s integrated internal systems, as well as auditory perception for telephone communication with employees and suppliers.
