Job Summary: We are seeking a technical, organized, and committed professional to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment at asphalt plants, soil plants, primary crushing, and secondary crushing facilities. Maintain control panels, motors, electrical components, and mechanical services We seek a technically skilled, organized, and committed professional focused on maintaining and ensuring the proper operation of industrial equipment through preventive, corrective, and predictive actions within plant and crushing areas. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability of electromechanical systems, supporting operations, and contributing to productivity, safety, and continuous improvement of the unit. (Work locations: Asphalt Plant, Soil Plant, Primary Crushing, and Secondary Crushing) Main Responsibilities: * Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems; * Monitor vibration and thermography readings and participate in action plans; * Inspect equipment, motors, belts, bearings, electrical panels, and lubrication systems; * Assemble, install, and maintain control panels, motors, and electrical components; * Perform mechanical services such as welding, part fabrication, cutting, pressing, and adjustments; * Support operations via supervisory control systems to enhance productive performance; * Comply with safety regulations, implement lockout/tagout procedures, and use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and 5S practices. Requirements: * Technical education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance; * Knowledge of electric motors, control panels, PLCs, and industrial automation; * Experience in mechanical maintenance (bearings, belts, shafts, welding, part fabrication); * Familiarity with safety standards (NR-10 and related regulations); * Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and proactive attitude; * Availability to work in an industrial environment.
