Knowledge Customer service training course preferred; Communication courses. Responsibilities Serve and guide internal and external customers and suppliers. Perform highly complex technical/administrative support tasks within their area of responsibility. Monitor and control the execution of all activities within their area of responsibility, guiding staff to comply with organizational standards and deadlines. Prepare reports, documents, texts, and managerial information to support decision-making. Develop tables, statistical calculations, and performance analysis. Participate—within work teams—in the formulation, development, implementation, and evaluation of plans and projects within their area of responsibility and/or integrated initiatives. Participate in the formulation, development, implementation, and monitoring of planning and budgeting processes for their area of responsibility and/or integrated initiatives, including projects, programs, and policies. Prepare training programs and deliver training within their area of responsibility and/or integrated initiatives. Monitor and advise on applicable legislation within their area of responsibility. Lead work processes within their area of responsibility and/or integrated initiatives. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions.
