




Job Summary: This role integrates a data-driven culture into credit concession and guarantee processes, focusing on developing, implementing, and monitoring statistical models and collaborating with various teams. Work with continuous technical evolution Joining the Credit Granting and Guarantees Data Team means integrating a data\-driven culture into daily operations. Here, your main responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and monitoring statistical models (e.g., behavior, application, clustering, among others). You will also conduct studies and analyses to propose the creation or refinement of credit granting and guarantee application strategies for credit decisions. We maintain ongoing contact with other departments and Credit Cooperatives, as our deliverables are jointly coordinated. Therefore, topics and working groups may vary over time. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Development of credit granting models, considering diverse customer segments, strategies, and Sicredi products; * Implementation, together with the Technology team, of models developed by the Credit Granting team; * Monitoring, reviewing, recalculating, and calibrating models as appropriate; * Conducting studies and proposing new initiatives related to credit granting and guarantees, understanding member profiles, products, and stages of the credit lifecycle; * Collaborating with various product teams to support data/information analysis and generate new insights; * Interacting with different roles across the data and systems landscape (analysts, engineers, scientists, and business analysts); * Maintaining necessary documentation for deliverables and communicating results; * Maintaining continuous technical evolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related disciplines; * Experience in Statistical Modeling applied to the credit market; * Strong writing skills, ability to synthesize information, and effective communication; * Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, Spark, and SQL; * Practical experience in data analysis, indicator monitoring, and development of ad\-hoc studies; * Knowledge and experience in the Credit market; * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days on-site at the company headquarters located at Av.
