Our environment is collaborative, filled with challenges and learning opportunities that drive both individual and group growth. **JOIN US AS A SOLUTION-ORIENTED CONNECTION** **You will be responsible for:** * Ensuring implementation of VM guidelines across stores (product display, visual experience, and visual communication); * Organizing window displays, mannequins, product displays, and store ambiance; * Promoting strategic product exposure to boost sales; * Guiding and supporting the team on marketing campaigns and commercial strategies; * Monitoring visual standards and weekly store updates; * Tracking sales performance and preparing reports; * Conducting store visits according to schedule; * Supporting setups, new projects, and display testing. **Requirements:** * Availability to conduct store visits across the group’s locations; * Availability for business travel; * Residence in the Serra Region, preferably in Caxias do Sul or nearby areas; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Alignment with Grupo Lebes’ culture and values. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Driver’s license category B; * Personal vehicle. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) Preferred Education: * Marketing, Higher Education * Business Administration, Higher Education Driver’s License: B Personal vehicle Availability for travel * Store discounts * Dental plan * Health insurance
