




**SALARY R$ 2100.00** **WORK HOURS**: Business hours, Monday through Friday. **BENEFITS**: Meal allowance, life insurance, health plan, dental plan. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Control the entry and exit of correspondence and documents using control spreadsheets to meet administrative demands in a timely manner; Receive and record customer complaints in an incident or suggestion log to identify potential flaws or deviations in staff conduct. Maintain organized and secure files so that individuals outside the department cannot access them improperly, thereby safeguarding the confidentiality of customer and company information.
