Professional responsible for managing documents, timekeeping, and employee onboarding, with a focus on labor compliance and occupational health and safety.

**Responsibilities:**
* Manage employee and company documents for submission to client projects.
* Verify, organize, and submit to clients labor-related documents (payroll, FGTS, INSS) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) documents (ASO, NRs, PGR, and PCMSO).
* Monitor document validity to ensure no project commences operations with expired documentation.
* Manage timekeeping: recording medical certificates and conducting monthly verifications.
* Conduct employee onboarding.
**Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related fields.
* Experience in third-party documentation, timekeeping, and onboarding.
* Knowledge of Labor Legislation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Prior experience with TOTVS ERP is desirable.
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
