Perform routine Recruitment and Selection activities, including candidate screening, interviews, feedback provision, and participation in new employee onboarding. Support organizational climate initiatives, internal communication, employee engagement, and people development. Contribute to the organization and delivery of training programs, internal events, and other HR initiatives. Monitor departmental metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, training compliance, among others). Provide support to employees and managers, clarifying questions regarding internal policies, benefits, HR/DP procedures, and internal regulations. Execute administrative processes related to hiring, vacations, leaves of absence, and terminations. Input and verify data for payroll processing. Administer benefits (e.g., transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, and other applicable benefits), ensuring timely updates and controls. Maintain and update spreadsheets for attendance, vacations, medical certificates, leaves of absence, and recess periods. Organize and maintain employee documentation in both physical and digital formats. Support electronic timekeeping closing, verifying overtime hours, absences, and justifications. Participate in continuous improvement of internal processes by proposing adjustments and standardizations to optimize departmental workflow. Provide general support for administrative and operational tasks within the department, as directed by management. Position based in Porto Alegre / RS. Tasks consistent with those of an HR Assistant.
