We assess and recommend the most timely, innovative, and necessary solutions for national and international companies, supporting results maximization, bureaucracy elimination, removal of unnecessary formalities, and establishment of ethical, transparent, and responsible foundations. **Responsibilities and Duties** Work in the accounting area, assisting with monthly expense accounting; supporting monetary correction and tax accounting; aiding periodic reconciliation of accounting balances; assisting with periodic reconciliation, offsetting, and analysis of payroll-related accounting accounts; supporting month-end administration and required accounting entries, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. * Support verification and accounting of Direct Taxes (PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL) and Indirect Taxes (ISS), and Withheld Taxes. * Assist other analysts during the monthly accounting closing process by organizing documentation and preliminary expense and tax records, ensuring calculations are correct. * Perform verifications of new asset acquisitions and asset sales, and analyze depreciation. * Complete and organize information required to fulfill ancillary obligations, such as ECD and ECF. * Maintain organized accounting document archives and support other operational activities within the department. * Assist in reconciling equity accounts, identifying and correcting potential discrepancies. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Accounting, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Accounting Entries, Debit and Credit Accounts, Accounting Reconciliation.
