Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and determined professionals to work on collections from individual clients (PF), focusing on credit products, in a merit-based and professionally growth-oriented environment. Comprehensive training and continuous support We are looking for proactive, ambitious, and determined professionals with experience in collections from individual clients (PF), especially in credit products such as credit cards, personal loans, and payroll-deductible loans. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct active collections via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Negotiate payment agreements, including installment plans, discounts, and customized proposals; * Record updated information in collection systems and tools; * Meet and exceed daily and monthly productivity and credit recovery targets. Mandatory Requirements: * Prior experience in individual client (PF) collections, with focus on financial products; * Proactive, communicative, and persuasive profile; * Resilience and determination to achieve results; * Basic computer skills and familiarity with collection systems. Desirable Requirements (Advantage): * Experience in bank or financial portfolio collections; * Track record of exceeding targets in previous roles; * Knowledge of financial mathematics applied to negotiation; * Experience with CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets.
