Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and controlling inventory of supplies and materials, ensuring organization and distribution to operational teams.

Receive, sort, and store supplies and materials delivered by suppliers; verify invoices against purchase orders; check quantities, quality, and specifications. Control inventory levels. Ensure routine tasks are performed correctly. Distribute or replenish materials, equipment, and supplies to operational teams.
Receive goods from suppliers
Verify invoices, quantities, and product expiration dates
Store food items according to hygiene and preservation standards
Organize dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas
Control product inflow and outflow
Sort goods for kitchen and production use
Conduct inventory audits and stock counts
Monitor food expiration dates and apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) control
Request item restocking when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Assist in loss, waste, and damage prevention
Control cleaning supplies, disposables, and utensils
