Job Summary: The professional will perform demolition, land cleaning, loading and unloading of materials, preparation of binders, and maintenance of the construction site. Key Highlights: 1. Performing demolition and cleaning of buildings 2. Responsible for maintenance and organization of the construction site 3. Preparation and application of various construction materials **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Demolition of buildings; Land cleaning and soil compaction; Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment, transportation and storage; Preparation of binders such as cement and concrete; Excavation of trenches or pits; Cutting grooves in walls or floors; Installation of finishes; Application of grout; Maintenance of the construction site; Repair of machinery defects; Disposal of construction debris. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education level specified in the description, preferably with some experience. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday – 8 hours per day. **BENEFITS:** To be determined This job posting is open and verified by the Buscar Vagas portal in partnership with the Divulga Vagas Brasil website.
