Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Assistant to work at our Drops Porto Alegre unit, responsible for cleaning and sanitizing premises, changing linens, and dispatching orders. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Cleaning and sanitizing suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; Changing linens and verifying consumption; Dispatching menu orders to suites; \*Requirements:\* Previous experience in cleaning or related activities (preferred but not mandatory); Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well; Availability to rotate among morning/afternoon and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety norms and procedures; \*We Offer:\* \*Base Salary:\* BRL 1,655.00 \+ 40% Hazard Pay \+ 2% Tip Allowance \| Fol \+ BRL 100 \*Meal Voucher (after 3 months):\* BRL 200.00 \*Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance:\* BRL 300.00 \*Immediate Attendance Meal Bonus:\* BRL 130 \*Work Schedule:\* 6 days on / 1 day off (one weekly day off plus one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; shift timing to be coordinated with the manager. * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Tenure-based Loyalty Bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year.
