If this is you, we would love to speak with you. **About the Role** ----------------- We are seeking a **QUALITY PROFESSIONAL** to maintain and improve the Quality Management System, ensuring document control, process compliance, and execution of technical audits. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS); * Control and organize technical documents and records, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal procedures and contractual requirements; * Develop, review, and standardize procedures, work instructions, and forms; * Plan and conduct internal audits, monitor external audits and certification processes; * Monitor quality performance indicators, supporting management reviews and action plans; * Identify nonconformities, support root cause analysis, and track implementation of corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure compliance with technical standards, legal requirements, and corporate standards; * Promote quality culture across multidisciplinary teams. ### **What We Seek:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields; * Experience with Quality Management Systems and document control; * Experience conducting internal and external audits; * Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001 or similar); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability; * Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with various organizational departments.
