**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operationalize the compounding process for formulations and products according to SOPs, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Execute production programs related to industrial compounding, following established workflows and standards to ensure quality and efficiency. Transfer measured raw materials and ingredients into reactors and monitor all stages per standard procedures. Perform documentation in systems and SOPs. Contribute to workplace cleaning and organization, ensuring product integrity and safety. Proactively participate in improvement initiatives and projects. Comply with safety regulations, GMP, and quality control standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields. Experience in cosmetic compounding within an industrial setting. Desired profile includes accuracy, initiative, and organizational skills. Preferred: Industrial experience. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM.
