As a Process Analyst, you will be responsible for gaining deep understanding of current processes, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, developing structured solutions, and leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce variability. Additionally, you will conduct indicator analyses to support strategic decision-making and ensure implemented improvements are sustainable and replicable across the entire operation. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage internal continuous improvement projects focused on operational efficiency and process optimization; * Lead customer implementations in SOS; * Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities; * Develop, monitor, and refine dashboards, KPIs, and reports used by internal departments; * Prepare and present management-level analyses to support internal and external strategic decision-making; * Map internal processes and propose structured solutions to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve maintenance workflows; * Collaborate with departments such as Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Products to gather requirements and implement improvements; * Support the implementation of agile methodologies and continuous improvement tools in internal workflows. **✅ Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency or familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, or similar); * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving techniques; * Experience working with agile methodologies; * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and interact effectively with internal departments. **Apply now and Vibe with Us!**
