Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support engineering activities for high-voltage substations, automation projects, and maintenance, with a focus on power systems. Additionally, since 2021, we have begun operating in the sanitation and renewable energy sectors. **Main Responsibilities** * Support engineering activities related to high and extra\-high voltage substations. * Participate in automation, protection, and control projects (SCADA systems, IEDs, protective relays, RTUs, and industrial networks). * Assist in the development and review of single-line, functional, and logic diagrams. * Contribute to commissioning tests, parameterization, and integration of automation equipment. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the field. * Support analysis of failures and incidents within the electrical system. * Collaborate in preparing technical reports, procedures, and engineering documentation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (completed or nearing completion). * Interest in power systems and substation automation. * Availability for travel and fieldwork. * Basic knowledge of electrical system protection and control. * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Preferred Qualifications (will be valued)** * Academic or professional experience in high-voltage substation automation. * Knowledge of communication protocols (IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus). * Familiarity with SCADA systems, IEDs, and protective relays. * Experience in commissioning, testing, and parameterization of equipment. * Internships or projects with utilities, transmission companies, or electrical engineering firms. * Technical English.
