In this position, you will be challenged to contribute to strengthening the company's asset protection levels by supporting initiatives that ensure physical risks remain at acceptable levels. As a Senior Analyst, you will serve as the technical reference in this area, collaborating with various internal teams, clients, and partners; participating in analysis and decision support; and contributing to building an increasingly secure, efficient, and resilient environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Contribute to defining and implementing strategies for preventing attacks and incidents** related to company assets. * **Conduct market analyses** based on public security reports and financial institutions’ data, supporting the area’s decision-making process. * **Participate in planning and support the execution of projects** for preventing and mitigating asset-related risks. * **Support ongoing relationship management** with public security agencies, clients, and strategic partners, acting as the technical point of contact. * **Collaborate in developing and maintaining asset security policies, standards, and processes**. * **Execute and support investigations** of incidents involving company assets, including evidence analysis and preparation of technical reports. * **Support defining and monitoring KPIs** and performance metrics for the area, ensuring visibility and continuous improvement. * **Execute, review, and enhance operational processes and checklists**, as well as participate in internal audits. * **Collect, organize, and analyze evidence**, ensuring information integrity and traceability. * **Support defining and executing operational processes** involving internal teams and suppliers. * **Conduct asset risk analyses** and monitor corrective and preventive actions. * **Work alongside public security agencies, clients, and partners**, providing operational support and contributing to aligning security initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience in corporate asset security. * Knowledge of physical risk analysis and management. * Experience conducting incident investigations, collecting evidence, and preparing technical reports. * Experience with loss prevention processes, access control, and asset protection. * Proficiency with security tools and systems: * CCTV (monitoring and analysis) * Access control systems * Alarms, sensors, and monitoring platforms * Incident reporting software * Ability to read and interpret public security reports, crime data, and market analyses. * Knowledge of internal audits, operational checklists, and compliance processes. ### **Skills** * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking. * Organization, priority management, and attention to detail. * Effective verbal and written communication for interaction with internal departments, partners, and external agencies. * Proactivity and autonomy to handle risk situations and support decision-making. * Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments. * Investigative reasoning and focus on preventive solutions. ### **Education** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Security, Administration, Risk Management, Engineering, Law, or related fields. ### **Desirable Certifications/Courses** * Corporate investigation techniques. * Asset risk management. * Physical and electronic security. * Crisis management and business continuity. * Internal audits and operational compliance. **Additional Information** People with disabilities are warmly welcomed!
