Conduct technical inspections and prepare monthly reports **JOB POSTING: BUILDING TECHNICIAN** **Company:** Montenge Engenharia Ltda **Job Summary:** We seek a qualified professional to manage and execute preventive and corrective building maintenance services in large-scale buildings. The professional will be responsible for ensuring conservation of civil installations and providing technical support to operational teams. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct periodic technical inspections to identify preventive and corrective maintenance needs. * Prepare monthly technical reports, tracking pending items, parts used, and equipment status. * Manage inventory of consumable materials and request replenishments as needed. * Supervise third-party and subcontracted services. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education in Building Construction. * Active registration with CFT/CREA. * Proven experience in building maintenance, facility management, or construction projects. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office) for report preparation. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, during business hours. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role. * Transportation allowance. * Attendance bonus. * Uniforms and PPE.
