Job Summary: Professional responsible for client service, lease management, process monitoring, and facilitation of negotiations in the real estate sector. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for organized and proactive professionals **HOW YOU WILL STAND OUT HERE:** * In-person, telephone, and email customer service. * Receipt and registration of notice periods. * Handling maintenance or vacancy procedures, including attempts at reversal and offering services/benefits. * Delivery management: keys, repairs, estimates, invoices, and payment slips. * Internal referrals: operations team, accounting, account manager, and inspection assistant. * Process follow-up until final key handover. * Facilitation of negotiations among property owners, tenants, and guarantors. * Legal procedures: minutes, notary office, termination agreements (with or without pending matters). * Maintenance control, service execution, system reporting, and notification dispatch. * Requesting and tracking property owner authorizations. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM **Salary:** Commensurate with the position **Requirements:** * Experience in the real estate industry * Knowledge in Lease Maintenance will be a plus * **People with disabilities are welcome in all our opportunities.** Educational Requirements * Bachelor's degree * Technologist degree * High school diploma Technical Skills * Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate * Organization - Advanced * Proactivity - Advanced * Teamwork - Advanced * Communication skills - Advanced * Negotiation ability - Advanced * Excel - Intermediate * Commitment and punctuality - Advanced Benefits * Meal allowance or food voucher (R$ 30.00 per day) * Gympass * Apoio Pass * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Pharmacy discount program * Birthday day off
