Focus on food safety and customer satisfaction \#OurWayRedefinesStories **About the opportunity:** NUTRITION ATTENDANT Responsible for preparing dishes, assembling meals, delivering meals to patient rooms, serving meals in the staff cafeteria, receiving, storing, and distributing departmental supplies—all while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures to ensure organization, food safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties Assist the Cook in food preparation, finishing, and presentation, following instructions and the Good Practices Manual. Verify and label meal trays served to patients and companions according to prescribed diets, and load trays into thermal carts after portioning. Serve meals in patient rooms. Maintain clean and organized workspaces, equipment, and utensils. Properly organize and dispose of food production waste in compliance with sanitation regulations; use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required for occupational safety. Requirements and Qualifications **What we require:** Completed elementary education. **What may set you apart:** Nutrition attendant training course. Prior experience in this field.
