We currently have an opening for an **Nestlé Administrative Apprentice**, an excellent opportunity for those seeking hands-on learning, professional skill development, and growth alongside the brand. ### **About the position:** * **Position**: Administrative Apprentice * **Working hours**: 4 hours per day * **Schedule**: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM * **Days per week**: Monday to Friday * **Location**: Eldorado do Sul\-RS ### **Work schedule structure:** * **4 days of practical work at Nestlé** * **1 day of theoretical training** ### **Daily responsibilities:** The apprentice will support the team’s administrative routines by performing tasks such as: * Monitoring internal requests and assisting in verifying pending items with the team. * Assisting in opening, updating, and organizing orders related to machinery and equipment. * Supporting equipment receipt and recording entries and exits in internal systems. * Assisting with material requests, corporate items, and necessary adjustments (e.g., limits and authorizations). * Supporting inventory organization, including item verification, sorting, and stocktaking. * Updating control documents and spreadsheets used by the team. * Monitoring equipment-related pending items (e.g., accessory removals and undelivered items). * Assisting in opening maintenance or vehicle installation requests for company vehicles. * Supporting fleet monitoring activities (e.g., driver registration and license plate updates). * Contributing to posts and records during physical equipment audits. * Keeping the team’s request tracking spreadsheet up to date.
