Assistance with hiring and termination processes The company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant in Porto Alegre. RH Cursor is a company specialized in human resources solutions. We provide recruitment, selection, and consulting services to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Support payroll closing, manage vacations and leaves of absence, electronic time tracking, absences, tardiness, and overtime. Administer benefits such as transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, among others. Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. Review and organize employment-related documentation. Provide assistance to employees, clarifying labor-related questions. Maintain organized files and ensure documentation remains up to date. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, Training and Development Assistant, or HR Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
