Negotiation of payment agreements and achievement of targets #### **About the position:** We are looking for proactive, ambitious, and determined professionals with experience in individual customer (PF) collections, especially for credit products such as credit cards, personal loans, and payroll-deductible loans. This is an excellent opportunity for those aiming to exceed targets and grow professionally within a meritocratic environment. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct active collections via telephone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Negotiate payment agreements, including installment plans, discounts, and customized proposals; * Record up-to-date information in collection systems and tools; * Meet and exceed daily and monthly productivity and credit recovery targets. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience in individual customer (PF) collections, with emphasis on financial products; * Proactive, communicative, and persuasive profile; * Resilience and determination to achieve results; * Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with collection systems. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Experience in collections for banking or financial portfolios; * Track record of exceeding targets in previous roles; * Knowledge of financial mathematics applied to negotiation; * Experience with CRM and Excel spreadsheets. #### **Benefits:** * Market-competitive base salary plus performance-based variable compensation; * Comprehensive training and continuous mentoring for professional development; * Meritocratic environment focused on results; * Genuine opportunities for career advancement within the company. #### **Work schedule and hours:** * 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday;
