Thus, we believe in developing and empowering our employees’ capabilities so that, together, we can create outstanding products and experiences, transforming how people live and work. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct meetings with business areas to identify process improvement opportunities through the application of artificial intelligence and RPA automation. * Map and analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, optimization, and automation using AI or RPA. * Work on automation and artificial intelligence projects, participating from initial mapping through final delivery and performance monitoring. * Support the creation, testing, and refinement of prompts with a focus on AI model performance, accuracy, and consistency. * Contribute to the development of AI agents and AI-driven solutions for task automation. * Communicate solutions and ideas clearly and concisely, collaborating with the team and internal stakeholders. * Provide support to business areas for delivered automations and solutions. * Monitor and report the status of tasks under your responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology fields, such as Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or related disciplines; * Solid knowledge of Microsoft Copilot; * Knowledge of Prompt Engineering; * Proficiency in the Python programming language; * Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate and n8n; * Knowledge of process documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio is desirable. **Additional Information:** At Melnick, you will receive: * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Meal or food allowance; * Medical and dental assistance; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Life insurance; * Partnerships with educational institutions;
