A civil construction company located in the Floresta neighborhood of Porto Alegre is hiring: Position: **MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS ANALYST** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare budgets and commercial proposals for civil construction, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning services, including material and labor quotations; * Conduct budget and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) reviews and updates; * Analyze inputs and budgetary compositions according to the technical specifications outlined in proposals; * Conduct on-site technical visits, when necessary, to gather technical and commercial information; * Analyze and interpret AutoCAD drawings and their variations; * Identify suppliers, request quotations, execute purchases, and manage the distribution of materials and tools across construction sites; * Coordinate daily with site managers regarding material and tool requirements, supporting schedule and delivery management. **Requirements:** * Preferred education: Technical Degree in Building Construction or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic AutoCAD; * Knowledge of civil construction materials and scope of building maintenance services; * Understanding of renovation stages and installations; * Prior experience documented in CTPS (Brazilian Employment Record Book) is desirable. **We offer:** * Salary: BRL 3,000.00 * Meal allowance: BRL 30.00/day (BRL 660.00/month); * Commuter pass or fuel assistance (card); * After probation period: Unimed health plan (optional); * Opportunities for professional growth and career development; Send your resume via WhatsApp (51) 99375-6185 Employment type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Compensation: Starting from BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Commuter pass Education: * Currently enrolled in or having interrupted a Technical Education program (Mandatory) Experience: * 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
