Follow us on social media and become part of our team! \#WeAreTirolez **Responsibilities and duties** Production supervision plays a key role in production management; Manage people, leading manufacturing and finishing teams and employees at different hierarchical levels (team leaders, cheesemakers, operators and assistants); Monitor daily key process indicators, ensuring that product technical specifications are met within productivity, cost, quality, safety, utilities and deadlines parameters; Perform daily interface with peer teams in production, quality, maintenance and supply, as well as communication with corporate areas such as S\&OP / PCP; Work in partnership with Engineering and R\&D, strongly assisting in projects; Continuously seek new efficiency and productivity projects for production lines; Manage the entire process, always ensuring: people's safety, food safety and optimal operational performance. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed degree in Dairy Science and Technology, Dairy Technician, Production Engineering, Food Engineering or related fields; Knowledge/skills: cheese knowledge, people management and team management; Experience: Experience in food industries, preferably dairy Flexible working hours availability.
