If you thrive in challenging environments, possess an analytical mindset, and can easily interact with different departments within an industrial setting, this opportunity may be right for you. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary contact point between JOG Scaffolding Engineering and Gerdau; * Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the client's safety standards and operational procedures; * Plan and organize operational activities, defining priorities and deadlines; * Maintain efficient communication with operational, technical, and managerial teams; * Support monitoring of projects and technical requirements, ensuring alignment among involved departments; * Use Excel and control tools for activity planning and monitoring; * Organize operation records, information, and workflow. ### **Requirements** * Proactive, organized profile with strong interpersonal skills; * Ability to work effectively in industrial environments and interact across various departments; * Strong analytical ability and logical thinking for problem-solving; * Proficiency in Excel and control tools; * Commitment to safety, operational discipline, and regulatory compliance. ### **Education** * Currently completing or graduated in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Technical degree in Building Construction, preferably pursuing further studies in Civil Engineering or Architecture. ### **Advantages** * Experience in industrial environments; * Experience providing direct customer service within operations. ### **Benefits** ✔ Market-competitive salary ✔ Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy ✔ Meals provided on-site ✔ Meal allowance: BRL 190.19/month ✔ Coffee allowance: BRL 11.00 per day ✔ Life insurance ✔ Health plan (after 3 months) ✔ Birthday day off Minimum Education Level: Higher Education * Birthday day off * Meal allowance * Attendance bonus * Health plan * Transportation allowance * Life insurance
