**Job Objective:** Responsible for supporting and assisting associates and consultants regarding event activation procedures. Reviews submitted documents and photos, opens events in the system, and monitors the event activation link to ensure agility, accuracy, and quality throughout the process. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide chat-based support to associates and consultants; * Guide associates and consultants on event opening procedures; * Verify submitted documentation and photos to ensure compliance with requirements; * Open events in the system, accurately recording all required information; * Monitor the status of activation links, deadlines, and pending items; * Maintain clear and concise communication with associates throughout the entire process. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in vehicle protection, associativism, and customer service Compensation: R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
