**Key Activities and Responsibilities:** * **Banks and Treasury**: Perform daily bank reconciliations; record fees, charges, and receipts in the system; monitor deposits, PIX, TED, credit/debit card transactions, and checks; manage bank instruments, invoices, and collection remittances. * **Receivables**: Monitor contract-related receipts (machines, rentals, and services), with attention to commissions, fees, and deadlines. * **Credit Analysis**: Open and review customer registrations (simplified and complex); conduct credit bureau inquiries; establish credit limits; perform annual reassessments; and issue pre-invoices based on financial standing. * **Collections**: Monitor delinquency; negotiate overdue instruments; initiate extrajudicial/judicial collection proceedings when necessary; register and remove debts from credit protection agencies. * **Contracts**: Draft, register, and manage contracts (rentals and services); collect digital signatures via online platforms; monitor receipts/payments; and maintain organized files. * **Legal Proceedings**: Submit and monitor legal cases with law firms; track case developments; and ensure debt removals from credit bureaus. * **Controls and Reporting**: Prepare management and pending-issue reports; support store administrative staff in collections; monitor financial KPIs; and update registrations and documents. * **Management and Organization**: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems; ensure compliance; and provide strategic financial information to senior management. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in administrative or finance departments is desirable. * Familiarity with invoices and tax routines is desirable. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * Experience with the Sankhya system is a plus.
