Then submit your resume and join our team! \#WeAreTirolez **Responsibilities and duties*** Perform cleaning of the workplace, equipment, and utensils (hygiene and sanitation), following PPHO (Standard Operating Hygiene Procedures). * Collect necessary raw materials to begin the packaging process. * Package cheeses. * Weigh cheeses using scales. * Sort cheeses by fixed weight / variable weight. * Adjust the date coder nozzle according to the cheese to be packaged. * Adjust the date coder (videojet) with required information. * Place cheeses on the conveyor belt for date coding. * Seal plastic film over cheeses. * Place cheeses into cardboard boxes. * Assemble pallets, stack boxes, and scan labels using barcode collectors. * Request from Procurement information regarding raw materials needed for the packaging process. * Complete control worksheets according to tasks performed. * Assist in other processes as requested and guided by immediate supervisor. * Strictly comply with the Quality Policy when executing company-mandated Control Plans related to Food Safety, to ensure production of safe products. * Ensure that, during task execution—especially at critical control points such as pasteurization, quality, and related areas—all activities follow prescribed procedures so as not to compromise product integrity or food safety. * Comply with internal Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, adopting safe behaviors daily in all activities, performing work with critical awareness, thereby contributing to one’s own well-being and that of coworkers. **Requirements and qualifications** Completion of elementary education is desirable. **Additional information** Availability to work all shifts and rotating schedules.
