Then register your resume and join our team! \#WeAreTirolez **Responsibilities and assignments** 1\. Serving producers, transporters, and handling general phone calls; 2\. Milk verification and integration, mileage adjustments, route planning in the milk collection system, filling out reports and sending emails to supervisors for decision-making; 3\. Recording pickups and routing whey routes for waste disposal payments; 4\. Updating and sending daily and monthly reports to other company departments; 5\. Assisting in generating purchase requests and purchase orders for expenses and entering data into the portal for payment of services related to milk policy; 6\. Digital archiving of route reports; 7\. Compiling and sending birthday kits to producers; 8\. Closing milk hauls, whey, transfers, and disposals. 9\. Recording and managing loans and advances to producers and transporters. 10\. Sending physical documents, invoices, magazines, bulletins, and farm notes to producers; 11\. Maintaining physical folders with producer documents and physical filing of PAC documents; 12\. Printing labels for identification of samples sent to laboratories of the Brazilian Network for Milk Quality Control \- RBQL and reporting monthly volume; 13\. Closing volumes and updating producer milk prices in systems according to supervisor previews, and closing third-party and Spot milk. 14\. Updating monthly reports based on closing data for supervisors; 15\. Closing and managing agricultural agreements; 16\. Entering and compiling individual goals via Elofy System; 17\. Registering producers and controlling entries and exits in all company systems and Ministry of Agriculture systems; including registration of transporters, drivers and vehicles; 18\. Contracts, contract terminations and amendments for suppliers and service providers in the milk policy area; 19\. Managing foot-and-mouth and brucellosis vaccination certificates (when applicable by state); 20\. Creating and managing free transit cards (when applicable by state); 21\. Supporting opening service orders for truck maintenance; 22\. Providing support to the team during absences due to vacations, leaves, medical certificates, within the unit and others; 23\. Handling specific demands from supervisors and monitors, assisting all assistants and analysts; **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** High school diploma completed; Higher education in progress is desirable. **Required Knowledge:** Computer literacy and intermediate knowledge of Office Suite (Excel) **Desirable Knowledge**: Aptitude for numbers and calculations; ease in interpersonal relationships. **Required Skills:** Good oral and written communication; dynamism; good time management. **Required Attitudes:** Ability to solve problems; attention to detail; proactivity. **Additional information** Additional information: I**Since we love people, check out our benefits when joining our team:** * Here, you get food allowance; * We care about your health!
