If you want to grow in a cooperative environment, this is your opportunity to join us! **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users, covering hardware and software; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment such as computers, peripherals, and other devices; * Install and configure operating systems, software packages, and updates; * Control and keep the inventory of IT equipment and supplies up to date; * Assist in managing corporate networks (LAN/WAN), printers, security cameras, and mobile devices; * Record service requests and technical activities in the ticketing system (GLPi); * Assist in executing backup routines and information security practices; * Provide basic support for internal systems and corporate tools; * Other duties inherent to the position. **What We Expect From You:** **Education:** Completed technical school or pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. **Desired Technical Skills:** * Operating systems Windows (user and server) and/or Linux; * Office suite and Google Workspace tools; * Networking fundamentals (IP addressing, cabling, routers/switches); * Remote access and support tools (e.g.: AnyDesk, TeamViewer); * Basic concepts of information security. **Advantageous Qualifications:** * Previous experience; * Basic certifications (e.g.: ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A\+, LGPD).
