Preparation of technical reports and predictive recommendations **Job Description:** We are seeking a Monitoring Technician with solid knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of yellow-line equipment to monitor machine conditions and telemetry. The professional will be responsible for analyzing technical data and supporting customers in decision-making, following processes and standards established by Sotreq and Caterpillar, with a focus on reliability, predictive maintenance, and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities Provide technical support and guidance to customers via online or telephone assistance, helping them make decisions regarding maintenance procedures; Monitor and interpret equipment data through: Failure reports (electronic data via telematics); Oil analysis (SOS); Equipment inspections and backlog analysis; Maintenance history and site conditions; Prepare technical reports with recommendations aimed at preventing major failures predictively; Forward sales opportunities to the after-sales department, contributing to sales growth and increased customer satisfaction; Perform trend analysis of component wear, supporting recommendations for predictive maintenance; Develop and enhance predictive monitoring rules, generating technical leads for the sales team. **Requirements:** Completed Technical Education in Mechanics; Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of yellow-line equipment; Willingness to work on-site.
