The company has been in operation for 30 years. **Culture:** Highly focused on Wireless technology with an emphasis on personalized service. **Responsibilities:** * Installation and configuration of network equipment * Routers, switches, access points, and firewalls * Adjustment of network parameters according to company standards * Preventive and corrective maintenance of network infrastructure * Diagnosis and resolution of connection and device failures * Replacement of damaged cables, connectors, and equipment * Execution of structured cabling * Installation of network outlets (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optic) * Crimping, labeling, and organizing cables in racks * Network performance monitoring * Use of tools to detect slowness or packet loss * Generation of reports on connection quality * Technical support to users * Handling of network-related service tickets * Guidance on connectivity and device configuration * Network documentation * Updating network layout diagrams, asset inventories, and diagrams * Recording of performed interventions * Compliance with security norms and standards * Application of best practices for information security in local networks * Physical and logical access control to network resources Requirements **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in external fieldwork * Knowledge of networks and equipment configuration * Experience in network cabling * Completed high school education * Driver's license category B * Experience in technical fieldwork (on poles or underground areas) **Desirable Requirements:** * Technical course in infrastructure **Benefits:** * Meal allowance or meal voucher (R$ 20.00 per day) * Porto Seguro health plan (extendable to dependents) * Transportation allowance * Travel reimbursement * Gympass * Company-provided laptop and mobile phone Compensation: R$10\.000,00 \- R$100\.000,00 per year Benefits: * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
