We overcome **challenges** to optimize operational performance. **Bring your energy to our business and be part of this success story!** **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsible for delivering the budgeted production volumes, committing to daily operations/production support for offshore operations, acting as the focal point for coordinating responses to operational issues.** * Act as the focal point for the client’s technical teams (e.g., Reservoir/Process, Measurement, and Subsea), and other relevant teams, under the instruction/delegation of the Operations Manager. * Develop, plan, and coordinate responses to all onboard FPSO production/operations issues in alignment with the Process Engineer. * Present reports on production loss, production time, and plant efficiency. * Assist the Process Engineer in presenting short-term production/process solutions and conducting operational investigations and recommending process improvements. * Communicate potential business threats to leadership; * Support the Operations Manager in ensuring contractual compliance; * Provide production/operations support services to the Operations Manager in cooperation with the engineering team; * Provide dedicated production/operations support to the FPSO and analyze and assist in processing FPSO Modifications (change management); * Present cost-effective methods for operational project installations while reducing production revenue losses. * Be part of the Emergency Response Organization; * Conduct offshore visits to support operations; * Identify, investigate, audit, and control technical changes (within the scope of the discipline); * Ensure operational/production matters are completed in a timely manner; * Assist in reviewing operational processes, systems, and procedures; * Coordinate service contracts and campaigns when delegated; * Coordinate with Personnel Logistics for POB planning; * Coordinate service providers under one’s responsibility (or as delegated); * Eligible to join the Company’s Technical Staff registered with the Regional Council of Engineering – CREA (if required); **Requirements and qualifications** * Degree in Engineering; * Advanced/Fluent English, both written and spoken; Our portfolio includes the Chartering and Operation of the Pioneiro de Libra (PDL) FPSO at the Mero field since 2017, as well as Operation and Maintenance services for Brava Energia at the Papa-Terra field in the Campos Basin.
