WE ARE LOOKING FOR a Marketing Analyst We seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated, organized, and communicative Marketing Analyst capable of prioritizing routine deliverables. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and execute SegMedic’s brand positioning and management (institutional, press, and social media). Manage OOH campaigns and unit signage (planning, creation, and implementation). Coordinate the visual identity and materials for external events, ensuring standardization and impact. Collaborate with the press office to ensure brand presence across all initiatives and events. Manage the influencer and regional creator program—from selection through performance measurement. Support the team in creating graphic and signage materials (social media, print, and internal campaigns). Participate in digital content management (social media, blog, and email marketing), focusing on consistency and results. Support the development of commercial and institutional materials to strengthen the brand’s corporate communication. Ensure integration between internal marketing and external communication, aligning internal campaigns and events. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES **Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree:** Advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields. Strategic vision and execution capability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of branding and design (Figma, Canva, basic art direction concepts). Experience with OOH campaigns, events, and signage. Familiarity with audiovisual production (scriptwriting, recording, editing, scheduling). Experience managing influencers and regional campaigns. Strong analytical skills and ability to measure campaign performance and outcomes. Collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented profile. **Preferred qualification:** Experience in advertising agencies, corporate communications, or 360° marketing.
