Job Summary: We are looking for an Apprentice for Training & Development to support strategic HR initiatives and process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Exposure to Training & Development data and processes We are seeking an Apprentice to work in the Training & Development area, supporting development and performance initiatives. We are looking for someone curious, organized, and interested in learning about people development, who enjoys working with data and processes, and is eager to contribute new ideas and improvements. This position will involve engagement with strategic HR projects and will support both operational routines and the development of new initiatives. **\#JoinGenial** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the organization and delivery of training sessions (invitations, attendance lists, attendance tracking, materials, and evaluations). * Update and organize Training & Development databases and metrics. * Support the consolidation of reports and presentations. * Monitor timelines for development and performance activities. * Support the management of training and performance platforms. * Suggest improvements to departmental processes. * Contribute ideas for new development and engagement initiatives. * Support general HR department requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a Bachelor's degree. * Interest in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. * Organized and detail-oriented. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Curious, eager to learn, and proactive. * Interest in data and process improvement. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Life Insurance * TotalPass / GymPass Work Model: On-site Work Location: Praia de Botafogo, 228 \- Rio de Janeiro **What Does It Mean to Be Genial?** It means pursuing excellence and making things happen.
