Description: Role Mission \- Develop and maintain software functionalities and their interfaces to add value to the product, ensuring customer satisfaction within the business segment.
Responsibilities and Duties
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Develop medium- and high-complexity technical solutions with minimal supervision and limited support by implementing software requirements using front-end and back-end technologies involved in the project;
* Understand the software's front-end and back-end architecture and be capable of working within it through analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities;
* Create high-complexity tests—whether manual or automated—that cover the desired behavior of developed technical components using requirements and testing tools;
* Document development stages by recording implementation details in version control and documentation tools;
* Guide and collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing;
* Maintain software quality by reviewing processes, tools, and best practices available for the product and technologies used;
* Mentor junior developers by addressing their questions, sharing expertise, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation;
* Specify medium- and high-complexity requirements through direct interaction with clients and internal departments involved in the project or support activities.
Requirements and Qualifications

* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Languages and Frameworks: .NET Framework Full and .NET Core, C\#, JavaScript, Node.js;
* Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL;
* Messaging: RabbitMQ;
* Cloud: AWS, Azure;
* DevOps: Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD);
* Architecture and Best Practices: SOLID, TDD (Test Driven Development), BDD (Behavior Driven Development), Unit Tests;
* Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban (Jira).
